We offer our clients the flexibility to designate their data residency. For clients based within the UK/EAA, their data will be securely stored within the UK/EAA. Similarly, data belonging to our US clients will be housed within the USA. We've put robust technical measures in place to prohibit any data transfer between the agreed data residency jurisdictions. We are also prepared to cater for other data residency preferences upon request.
Our solution is available as SaaS, API or On-Prem (Client Cloud Deployment).
At Unrav AI, our role is that of a data processor, whilst the customer acts as the data controller. Ownership of the data remains firmly with the customer and is processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the licence agreement.
Unrav AI adheres to a strict policy of not utilising customer data to train, refine or otherwise improve our algorithms.
We use the Consensus Assessments Initiative Questionnaire Lite (CAIQ-Lite) from the Cloud Security Alliance as a baseline mechanism to express our security posture in real terms and to provide security control transparency.
We've made this publicly available to help customers assess our security posture for their own vendor management initiatives. Please reach out to our security people over at security@unrav.com if you have any queries.
